We understand that not everything works out as planned so we are offering you 14 day returns from receipt of goods within Australia.
For online orders, it is the responsibility of the customer to send their goods back to us. Please email hello@matildalife.com for our returns address.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Returned items must be returned in their original saleable condition, unwashed and unworn, with tags attached.
We do not accept returns on:
1. Fragrance
2. Clothing that has had tags removed or has been worn
3. Shoes/belts that have been scuffed or worn
4. Earrings
We are a sustainable business working hard to reduce our carbon footprint - we are aiming to minimise our carbon emissions and hope that you feel the same. Please choose your size carefully to minimise unnecessary back and forth in shipping.
International
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Matilda Life takes no responsibility for tracking your return.
