We aim to ship orders within one business day of placing your order. Please allow additional despatch time during busy, sale and holiday periods, up to 3-5 days.
Shipping times listed are estimates only and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control in particular during Covid delays with transport providers.
Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please ship to a residential or business address.
Due to courier requirements we are unable to send fragrance by express shipping.
International Orders
We are excited to ship worldwide and would love for you to own some Matilda Life! International delivery services require a signature on delivery and if no one is home to accept your parcel, a card will be left with details for you to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
Matilda Life send all International Parcels via Australia Post International, which have full track and trace capabilities.

Please note that Matilda Life processes all orders in AUD. Our local tax (10%) will also be deducted in the checkout. While the contents of your basket will be displayed in your chosen currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.
International Returns
Items to be returned outside of Australia, will be at your own cost. Reply Paid postage is only available for domestic Australian customers. Though in the case of a size exchange, we will have the new item delivered free of additional postage charges.
Please note, items marked FINAL SALE in the product name cannot be accepted back unless they are faulty.
